Supply Chain Flow Readiness Coordinator

About the role

INATIS is seeking a Supply Chain Flow Readiness Coordinator to lead the implementation, launch, and operational readiness of intercontinental supply chain flows across the Middle East & Africa (MEA) region. This operational and project‑oriented position will ensure logistics flows are set up, coordinated, and secured for production.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the implementation and launch of new intercontinental supply chain flows.
• Define, implement, and monitor logistics processes and operational flows.
• Serve as the primary operational contact for supply chain and logistics flow topics.
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Packaging, Transport, Manufacturing, and Engineering stakeholders.
• Ensure data availability and accuracy for flow setup and security.
• Track project milestones, action plans, risks, and bottlenecks.
• Validate operational readiness of flows up to production launch.
• Analyze existing processes, identify improvement opportunities, and drive optimization.
• Monitor logistics costs and propose cost‑saving measures.
• Coordinate with global and regional supply chain teams on transport, warehousing, and packaging projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Transport, Operations or a related field.
• Proven experience in supply chain, logistics, transport, or project management.
• Strong understanding of end‑to‑end supply chain processes, including sourcing, material availability, transport, and delivery.
• Knowledge of transport, packaging, warehousing, manufacturing, and bill of materials (BOM).
• Analytical mindset with problem‑solving abilities and a structured, hands‑on approach.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and manage priorities.
• Professional proficiency in English; French is a plus.
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
