Supply Chain Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead end‑to‑end demand, production and supply chain planning within a fast‑moving consumer goods environment. The role will coordinate S&OP, manage inventory, logistics and warehouse operations, and drive continuous improvement across the network.

Key responsibilities

• Manage demand, production, and supply chain planning processes from start to finish.
• Lead the S&OP process in close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Production teams.
• Improve forecast accuracy and balance demand with supply.
• Prepare production plans aligned with demand and capacity.
• Control inventory levels, safety stock, and product availability while mitigating out‑of‑stock and excess inventory risks.
• Plan new product launches, campaigns, and seasonal periods.
• Oversee logistics, shipment, and distribution operations, including 3PL partner performance.
• Manage warehouse activities such as receiving, put‑away, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Ensure efficient use of warehouse capacity and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Monitor logistics, warehouse, and inventory costs and lead cost‑improvement initiatives.
• Track supply chain KPIs, analyze performance, and implement corrective actions.
• Support ERP and WMS utilization and contribute to digitalisation efforts.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean Management principles.
• Lead and develop the Supply Chain team, fostering cross‑functional collaboration.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• 7+ years of supply chain experience, preferably in FMCG.
• Strong background in planning, inventory management, logistics and warehouse operations.
• Solid knowledge of S&OP, demand and production planning processes.
• Proven experience managing 3PL and logistics operations.
• Advanced MS Excel skills and strong analytical/problem‑solving abilities.
• Understanding of operational efficiency, cost management and continuous improvement mindset.
• Excellent leadership, communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to make quick, effective decisions in a dynamic FMCG environment.
