Supply Chain Operations Excellence Specialist

About the role

INATIS is seeking a Supply Chain Operations Excellence Specialist to support and improve transport and logistics activities across the Middle East & Africa region. The role focuses on monitoring performance, resolving operational issues, and driving continuous improvement while collaborating with local teams and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Provide operational support to supply chain and logistics teams throughout the MEA region.
• Monitor and enhance the performance of international transport and logistics operations.
• Assist plant operational teams in resolving day‑to‑day logistics challenges.
• Track KPIs related to cost, quality, lead time, service level and overall operational performance.
• Identify bottlenecks and coordinate corrective action plans.
• Manage transport and logistics crises, developing alternative solutions when needed.
• Evaluate logistics service providers and contribute to performance reviews.
• Support continuous‑improvement and operational‑excellence initiatives.
• Contribute to cost‑optimization and productivity‑improvement programs.
• Collaborate with Operations, Customs, Finance, Quality, Projects and external logistics partners.
• Assist global and regional supply chain teams on new transport, warehousing and packaging projects.
• Prepare operational reporting and performance reviews.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Transport, Operations or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain, transport and logistics.
• Strong understanding of international logistics operations and KPI management.
• Experience with continuous‑improvement methodologies.
• Good knowledge of transport, warehousing, customs and logistics service providers.
• Analytical, coordination and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and support multiple stakeholders in a complex international environment.
• Fluent professional English; French is a plus.
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
