Support Consultant – E‑Invoicing

About the role

cbsconsulting is building a Customer Support Team in Turkey to strengthen its service offering for global manufacturers and life‑science companies. As a Support Consultant focused on e‑invoicing, you will join a fast‑paced environment where you help customers resolve electronic document issues and ensure smooth IT server operations.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse and resolve problems related to electronic documents such as e‑invoices, e‑delivery notes and e‑ledger entries.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, answering queries and providing timely updates.
• Monitor IT server performance continuously to prevent and address disruptions.
• Perform detailed error analysis and document solutions for recurring issues.
• Participate in shift work, including weekends, to guarantee 24/7 support coverage.

Required profile

• Vocational training or degree in IT, computer science, business informatics or a related field.
• Proven experience in IT server monitoring and a strong analytical mindset.
• Good command of English for customer communication.
• Reliable, independent work style with a proactive problem‑solving attitude.
