System Administrator I – Remote (Turkey)

About the role

The System Administrator I will provide reliable, high‑quality IT support to clients in a remote‑first environment. You will troubleshoot operating systems, servers, cloud services, virtualization, and network infrastructure while ensuring excellent client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve workstation issues on Windows and macOS, including printers and standard business applications.
• Maintain Windows Server (2016‑2025) environments, ensuring availability and performance.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, Azure, and Active Directory services.
• Support virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper‑V) and troubleshoot related issues.
• Provide application support for Sage ERP, QuickBooks, and other line‑of‑business software.
• Troubleshoot networking components such as firewalls, switches, and connectivity problems.
• Assist with backup solutions, endpoint security, and mobile device management.
• Act as an escalation point for technicians and contribute to knowledge sharing.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of professional IT support or systems administration experience.
• Hands‑on experience with Windows, macOS, and Windows Server (2016‑2025).
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, and Active Directory.
• Proficiency in VMware and Hyper‑V virtualization.
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, firewalls and switches.
• Experience supporting business applications such as Sage ERP and QuickBooks.
• Excellent written and spoken English and strong customer‑first mindset.
