Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will lead end‑to‑end recruitment activities for DHL Express, supporting the company’s fast‑paced, global logistics operations. You will partner with hiring managers, manage headcount processes and contribute to talent development initiatives across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment cycles – sourcing, assessing, coordinating interviews, extending offers and onboarding.
• Oversee internal recruitment, promotions and selection in line with company policies.
• Coordinate headcount planning and regional FTE approvals.
• Deliver recruitment training and advise hiring managers on best practices.
• Support performance management and succession planning with HR and business leaders.
• Run internship programs from recruitment through administration.
• Implement global HR projects locally, collaborating with regional and global teams.
• Ensure recruitment compliance with DHL global policies and educate stakeholders.
• Act as a trusted advisor, providing market insights and policy guidance.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of talent acquisition and HR processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience.
• Excellent proficiency in English.
• Strong analytical, planning and organizational abilities.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented with strong communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple business processes with time‑sensitive focus.
