Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

BeeVision, a technology company specializing in automation solutions and warehouse automation systems exported to over 50 countries, is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. You will own the end-to-end recruitment processes, employer branding and candidate experience, while supporting general People & Culture and administrative initiatives. The role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to shape the future.

Key responsibilities

• Manage domestic and international travel arrangements, including visa applications, appointment tracking and required documentation.
• Run full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management) for technical and non-technical roles.
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires.
• Build a talent pipeline using recruiting tools, job boards and social media.
• Support performance management and continuous feedback within People & Culture.
• Support employee benefits coordination and HR administrative processes.
• Oversee daily office administration, travel and accommodation arrangements and office maintenance.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Business Administration, Psychology or Sociology.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment or Human Resources, preferably in technology or manufacturing.
• Advanced English, both written and spoken.
• Strong organization, listening and communication skills, multitasking and prioritization abilities.
• Willingness to take ownership in a dynamic team.

The position is hybrid between the Malikoy factory and the Teknokent office; shuttle service is not available at the factory, and the monthly fuel allowance covers commuting. The process is short: application, interview, offer review and welcome.
