Talent Acquisition Team Member

About the role

Join Allianz Turkey as a Talent Acquisition Team Member and help shape the future workforce of a global insurance leader. You will support end‑to‑end recruitment processes, collaborate with business units, and contribute to continuous improvement of hiring strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Support talent acquisition processes to identify and hire top candidates in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with business units to update job descriptions and competency profiles.
• Monitor and use career platforms and candidate tracking applications effectively.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including screening, interview scheduling, reference checks and evaluations.
• Contribute to the development and optimisation of recruitment processes and strategies.
• Participate in strategic projects, providing insights and data‑driven recommendations.
• Regularly report on recruitment metrics and candidate data.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
• Knowledge and experience in Human Resources or a closely related area.
• Experience in sales recruiting or mass recruiting is a plus.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Result‑oriented mindset with proactive ownership of tasks.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to build trust‑based relationships.
• Willingness to work with AI and digital technologies to improve processes.
