Technical Sales Executive

About the role

Ekin, a global technology company delivering smart city and public safety solutions, is seeking a Technical Sales Executive to drive business development and strategic sales across international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to CRM, sales forecasting, reporting and pipeline management processes.
• Gain deep knowledge of smart city technologies, target markets and customer needs.
• Gather and analyse market intelligence to support positioning and branding.
• Work closely with technical and operational teams for internal coordination.
• Build direct relationships with international partners, stakeholders and local representatives.
• Represent the company in international meetings, tenders and institutional engagements.
• Identify new market opportunities and strategic partnerships within the public sector.
• Lead outbound activities with government and institutional customers abroad.
• Own regional business development and commercial opportunities in assigned markets.
• Execute sales strategies aligned with company goals and oversee tender participation.
• Track performance indicators and take action to exceed sales targets.
• Mentor and inspire high‑performing teams focused on results and innovation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or related field; Master’s degree a plus.
• Minimum 6 years experience in business development and strategic sales.
• Experience working with government bodies, municipalities or public institutions.
• Preferably experienced in high‑tech sectors.
• Fluent in English; Spanish and Arabic a plus.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking and communication skills.
• Comfortable in dynamic environments with international stakeholders.
