About the role
We are looking for a French‑speaking Telesales Specialist to join Dentakay’s international dental care team in Istanbul. You will contact prospective patients, present our services and guide them through the sales journey, ensuring a smooth and satisfying experience.
Key responsibilities
- Reach out to leads, present offers and generate interest.
- Listen to patients’ concerns, provide relevant information and overcome objections.
- Negotiate and secure commitments for dental treatments.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions in the CRM system.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets through proactive outreach.
- Ensure patient satisfaction and explore additional sales opportunities post‑purchase.
Required profile
- Experience in medical consulting, telesales, translation or call‑center environments (preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Public Relations, Healthcare or a related field.
- Strong communication and listening abilities.
- Basic sales and customer‑service skills.
- Proficiency with computers and CRM software.
