TikTok Commerce - Mass Acquisition and Incubation Lead

About the role

The role leads the growth and retention of thousands of TikTok Commerce partners, using data‑driven strategies to identify pain points and develop scalable solutions. It involves close collaboration with product and cross‑functional teams to enhance the partner experience.

Key responsibilities

• Drive partner growth, activeness, sales and retention through data‑driven lifecycle strategies.
• Lead rollout of incentive policies, growth missions, partner community initiatives, email campaigns, webinars and other incubation activities.
• Collaborate with Product and other teams to optimize product uploading, content production and user experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with 5+ years of mass account management or incubation experience, managing hundreds of partners.
• Experience in mass user/client management, familiar with incentive policies, growth missions, community building, email campaigns and partner education.
• Proven team‑management skills, strong cross‑team collaboration and ability to drive projects forward.
• Fluent English; strong data sense for business analysis and opportunity definition.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, structured thinking and ability to simplify complex concepts.
