Trade Marketing Manager

About the role

The Trade Marketing Manager will shape and execute Red Bull’s in‑store communication strategy, ensuring the brand’s personality and values are reflected across all retail touchpoints. Working closely with Trade Marketing POS specialists, the role bridges marketing, sales, and operations to drive brand visibility and shopper engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the In‑Store Communication Plan aligned with sales and marketing objectives.
• Coordinate internal and external communication to translate the country marketing plan into actionable sales strategies.
• Define the Perfect Store model for each channel using the International Model.
• Visit points of sale regularly to ensure brand visibility and compliance with global guidelines.
• Manage budgets for local production, coolers, logistics, and indirect costs.
• Oversee POSM processes including import, production, warehousing, and distribution.
• Lead creative agency collaborations for new POSM material development.
• Ensure proper use, tracking, and maintenance of field assets such as coolers and digital posters.
• Generate insights from in‑store data and develop action plans with POS specialists.
• Maintain and improve tools such as the Demand Request Tool and Asset Tracking Tool.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the FMCG sector, preferably in trade, category, brand, or key‑account roles.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics, sales distribution, competitor activity, and shopper behavior.
• Proven team‑management and leadership abilities.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and budget‑management skills.
• Creative mindset with a focus on best‑in‑class in‑store execution.
