Training Executive

About the role

We are seeking a Training Executive to join the Human Capital team at DP World, a global logistics and transportation company. The role will coordinate training and development activities across the organization, ensuring compliance and supporting employee growth.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate implementation of training programs aligned with operational and business needs.
• Support training needs analysis with department managers and HR Business Partners.
• Prepare and execute annual training plans and manage internal and external training schedules.
• Monitor mandatory certifications (e.g., MYK, MEB) and ensure timely completion.
• Maintain accurate training records, certifications, and documentation.
• Track participation, completion rates, training hours and produce regular reports.
• Assist with training budget monitoring and audit preparation.
• Liaise with operational departments, regional learning teams and external providers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Education or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in training, learning & development or HR.
• Strong organizational, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Fluent in Turkish and English.
