Training Technician (EHS & Quality)

About the role

Randstad Türkiye is recruiting a Training Technician for its partner company in the agriculture and manufacturing sector, based in Adana (Yüreğir). The role covers designing and delivering training on safety, quality, QMS and continuous improvement, while also performing operational and administrative duties in plant, field and warehouse settings.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deliver and facilitate training for employees, contractors and external partners on safety standards, quality standards, QMS and continuous improvement.
• Develop hands-on training materials on safety topics, using audits and evaluations to measure effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate training records, documentation and reports; take safety meeting minutes and track employee training requirements.
• Train employees on the company's LMS platform.
• Determine location-specific training needs for EHS&S, continuous improvement, QMS, standard work and process work instructions.
• Support safety standard owners through annual meetings and action plans, and act as stand-in Safety Supervisor when needed.
• Act as main liaison with contract labour agencies on training requirements and policy compliance.
• Run practical field sessions such as area orientations, forklift operation, fall protection and safety compliance, and conduct regular line walks in production areas.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• At least 3 years of experience in EH&S and quality training within operations, manufacturing, agriculture or warehousing, with coaching and leadership skills.
• Advanced or fluent English, able to communicate with international stakeholders.
• Knowledge of or experience with LEAN Manufacturing (5S, continuous improvement, standardized work).
• Ability to turn complex technical information into clear training content.
• Attention to detail, multitasking and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to health and safety, role modelling safe behaviour.
• General knowledge or hands-on experience with agricultural and field equipment (tractors, plows, forklifts).
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends during peak seasons, and to live in or relocate to Adana.
