Treasury and Importation Responsible

About the role

The Treasury and Importation Responsible will oversee the company’s cash management, foreign exchange activities, and all financial aspects of import operations. You will act as the main liaison with banks, customs authorities, and international partners to ensure smooth financial flows.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate and maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cash‑flow forecasts and related reports.
• Negotiate foreign‑exchange rates, execute FX and derivative transactions, and record bank movements in the accounting system.
• Manage payment, recording, and follow‑up of taxes, duties, fees, and funds related to import transactions with customs and public authorities.
• Execute daily treasury operations, including payments, collections, inter‑bank transfers, and other cash activities.
• Monitor financial‑risk developments, participate in related projects, and produce analytical reports.
• Analyze financial risks, monitor hedge positions, and prepare related documentation.
• Oversee accounts receivable for vehicle and spare‑parts exports and coordinate with Export/Import teams on foreign‑exchange commitments.
• Reconcile accounts and payments of international customers and suppliers.
• Support month‑end closing reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Administrative Sciences, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in treasury, foreign trade, or finance within a bank or corporate environment.
• Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Strong analytical thinking, teamwork, and effective communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficient use of MS Office applications.
