Turkish Payroll Implementation and Functional Consultant

About the role

Strada is seeking an experienced Functional Consultant to lead implementations of its cloud‑based payroll engine, Strada Pay, for clients in the designated country. You will act as the functional lead throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring the solution is configured, tested, and delivered according to best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client kick‑off meetings and facilitate functional requirements workshops.
• Capture and document payroll configuration data required for Strada Pay workbooks.
• Identify and manage deviations from Strada Pay standards.
• Collaborate with Strada’s Product team to configure the payroll solution.
• Validate payroll solution and integrations during testing cycles.
• Perform data validations and support defect resolution.
• Provide knowledge transfer for ongoing application services and maintenance.
• Update project plans, support data mapping, and assist with UAT and parallel testing.

Required profile

• Strong client‑facing experience with functional consulting or implementation projects.
• Ability to analyse payroll requirements and translate them into system configurations.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management and knowledge transfer.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on data accuracy and quality assurance.

Required skills

• Experience with payroll software configuration (e.g., Strada Pay or similar cloud‑based payroll solutions).
• Data validation and testing expertise.
• Familiarity with integration troubleshooting and defect management.
