Voice Services Delivery & Support Senior Specialist

About the role

The Voice Services Delivery & Support Senior Specialist is responsible for second‑level operations of fixed corporate and SME voice services, both on‑premise and Cloud PBX. The role involves designing, planning, implementing and operating voice solutions while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve incidents and service requests within agreed KPIs for Level 2 Fixed Voice operations.
• Coordinate with IT teams, partners, vendors and other telecom operators to manage Cloud PBX services.
• Develop RPA solutions and scripts to automate daily operational tasks.
• Support presales and sales teams as a technical architect for special and large‑scale projects.
• Manage customer CPE configuration, vulnerability policies and backup procedures.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting, root‑cause analysis and service optimisation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Telecommunications, Electronics or Computer Science preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of telecommunications experience with hands‑on fixed voice network operations.
• CCNP and/or CCNA Voice certification.
• Fluent English communication skills.

• Fixed telephony, VoIP, SIP, PRI, PSTN, Cloud PBX.
• IP networking.
• Python scripting (advantage) and RPA development.
