Workplace Lead

About the role

Dream Games is looking for a Workplace Lead who takes full ownership of workplace operations and employee experience. The role goes beyond day-to-day office management: it shapes the workplace strategy, oversees hospitality and security operations, and ensures an exceptional working environment for the team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all workplace operations and ensure an outstanding employee experience
• Manage and mentor the workplace team, including hospitality, reception and security
• Set high standards for catering, events and all guest interactions
• Own physical security measures, access systems, emergency procedures and vendor relations
• Own office projects, including construction, refurbishment and space planning
• Manage contractual relationships with all third-party suppliers

Required profile

• 7+ years of relevant experience in workplace operations, facilities, hospitality or related fields
• Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary teams across workplace, hospitality and security
• Proven experience in large-scale office or construction projects
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks with strong attention to detail
• Excellent command of English
