Youth Talent Recruiter

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious and entrepreneurial Youth Talent Recruiter to join Randstad Turkey’s growing team. You will work in a dynamic environment, supporting both sales and recruitment activities while developing your career in the staffing industry.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a customer database.
• Make sales calls to new and existing clients, including cold calls.
• Follow up on recruitment activities and conduct phone interviews.
• Manage research processes and organize face-to-face interviews.

Required profile

• University degree.
• Good command of English.
• Minimum 1 year experience in recruitment or B2B sales.
• Innovative and creative thinking with analytical capabilities.
• Willingness to work in a dynamic environment and take personal responsibility.
• Flexible, eager to learn and able to adapt.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using CRM or database tools.
• Strong communication skills for phone and face-to-face interviews.
