Zone Merch Planner

About the role

Decathlon is looking for a Zone Merch Planner to join its Supply Chain team in Turkey. You will be responsible for aligning supply strategies with commercial goals, ensuring product availability across stores and warehouses, and supporting the company’s mission to make sport accessible to everyone.

Key responsibilities

• Develop short‑, mid‑ and long‑term supply strategies that match commercial sports strategies.
• Perform demand and supply planning, produce accurate forecasts and maintain solid stock availability.
• Analyse stock levels, margin, turnover and product lifecycle using SAP (knowledge of SAP is a plus).
• Manage daily pricing, stock monitoring, product identity changes and order flow through SAP.
• Communicate with domestic producers and international suppliers to coordinate deliveries.
• Prepare weekly, monthly and yearly reports in collaboration with the commercial team to drive store sales.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain or a related field.
• Strong sense of responsibility, customer‑focused mindset and data‑driven analytical skills.
• Proven experience in retail, supply or demand planning.
• Effective communication, interpersonal abilities and a proactive, decisive attitude.
• Motivation to learn, improve and grow within a unique, sport‑driven culture.

Required skills

• SAP (knowledge is a plus)
