Academy and Talent Management Senior Manager

About the role

DeFacto is seeking a senior leader to drive its Academy and Talent Management functions, shaping learning strategies and talent development across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead analysis of learning and development needs, design custom growth programs, and oversee end‑to‑end execution.
• Act as a trusted L&D advisor, facilitating training, managing ad‑hoc requests, and coordinating external partners.
• Measure and report the impact of L&D initiatives, and design global talent and career management policies.
• Build succession plans, launch retention projects, and manage the annual Academy and Talent Management budget.
• Monitor HR, corporate academy, and AI trends, and integrate innovative digital practices into core HR systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience with leadership background in corporate academies, L&D, talent management or educational consultancy.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Hands‑on experience designing digital, blended, synchronous and asynchronous learning solutions.
• Strong coaching, mentoring, and competency development expertise.
