Account Manager, Government & Diplomatic Relations

About the role

Join the Hilton Hotels team at Conrad Istanbul Bosphorus to manage corporate accounts, develop new business and deliver memorable hospitality experiences for government and diplomatic guests.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for group rooms, meeting spaces and F&B services, representing the hotel to prospective clients.
• Drive new business through outreach, lead qualification and proactive sales efforts.
• Manage the full sales cycle: site visits, proposals, rate setting, contract negotiation and account fulfillment.
• Create and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue and room‑night targets.
• Analyze sales performance, review lost business reports and identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure high standards of client satisfaction.
• Supervise and coach team members, monitoring performance and fostering a positive work environment.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Business or related field.
• Proven track record in revenue generation and key‑account management.
• Strong negotiation, presentation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Excellent communication, leadership and collaborative mindset.

Required skills

• Technical proficiency with hotel systems such as Delphi, Salesforce, OnQ and Market Planner Survey.
• Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategy.
