Accounting and Finance Division Manager

About the role

The Accounting and Finance Division Manager will lead the Finance & Accounting function for Sumi Agro Turkey, reporting to the CFO/CSO and partnering with senior management to drive profitable and sustainable growth across Turkey.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the division in line with Turkish GAAP, IFRS and company policies, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Prepare and oversee weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports, budgets, forecasts and business plans, providing clear P&L, balance‑sheet and cash‑flow insights.
• Manage treasury, cash‑flow, tax compliance, internal and external audits, and corporate secretarial matters.
• Partner with the Commercial Division on budgeting, pricing, profitability analysis and strategic business decisions.
• Represent the company with banks, tax authorities and other external stakeholders.
• Develop the finance team, promote a culture of accountability and drive digitalisation projects, including ERP upgrades and process automation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business Administration.
• 12–15 years of finance and accounting management experience, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Professional certification such as CPA or SMMM preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Turkish accounting, tax and social security regulations.
• Proven track record of leading cross‑functional projects and ERP implementations.

Required skills

• Turkish GAAP and IFRS expertise.
• ERP systems and financial management tools (CPM experience is a plus).
• Advanced financial analysis and reporting.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
