Accounting Specialist

About the role

Hayat is seeking an Accounting Specialist to join its TR Finance team in Istanbul. The role focuses on intercompany, overseas, and investment reconciliations, supporting the Consumer Group’s financial operations.

Key responsibilities

• Perform reconciliation processes for intercompany transactions, including trade payables, trade receivables, and financial payables/receivables.
• Reconcile accounts with overseas third‑party customers, identify discrepancies and report findings.
• Prepare investment payment lists and ensure reconciliation in coordination with purchasing and technical teams.
• Monitor and report investment advances.
• Enter export‑related expense invoices into the system and verify their accuracy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably with reconciliation duties.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, reconciliation procedures, and financial reporting.
• Upper‑intermediate level of English.
