AI Generalist – Video Production

About the role

Promova is seeking a creative and technically curious AI Generalist to scale video production using cutting‑edge AI tools. You will translate marketing briefs into AI‑generated video concepts, enabling the marketing team to test many creative ideas quickly without increasing production time.

Key responsibilities

• Become the team’s AI video production expert, turning creative ideas into scalable assets while exploring new technologies.
• Generate video creatives with AI platforms such as HeyGen, Higgsfield, Nano Banana, and emerging tools.
• Translate creative briefs into AI‑generated videos that convey the intended marketing message.
• Create multiple variations of each concept (different hooks, avatars, styles, angles) to support testing.
• Deliver well‑structured assets to Motion Designers with clear context, campaign objectives, and production notes.
• Independently review generated content, ensuring only high‑quality materials advance in the pipeline.
• Research, experiment with, and evaluate new AI video generation tools and workflows to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with Creative Marketing Specialists and Motion Designers throughout production.
• Contribute to scaling Promova’s AI‑powered creative production capabilities.

Required profile

• 1+ year of hands‑on experience with AI‑powered content or video generation.
• Practical experience with AI video tools such as HeyGen, Higgsfield, Runway, Pika, Kling, Veo, Nano Banana, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of prompting techniques to achieve consistent, high‑quality outputs.
• Ability to interpret creative briefs and translate marketing hypotheses into compelling visual content.
• High attention to detail and strong quality standards.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple creative tasks simultaneously.
• Curiosity and willingness to continuously learn new AI technologies.
• English proficiency at B1+ level.
