Publishing Manager

About the role

Joygame, Turkey's first gaming company, is seeking a Publishing Manager to lead publishing, launch, and market entry strategies for its portfolio of PC, mobile, and NFT games.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute comprehensive publishing, launch, and market entry strategies for new and existing game titles.
• Lead market research, competitor benchmarking, and industry trend analysis to identify high‑potential publishing opportunities.
• Oversee performance marketing, user acquisition (UA) strategies, and channel expansion in collaboration with growth and creative teams.
• Drive data‑driven performance tracking, defining KPI benchmarks (CPI, LTV, Retention, ARPU, ROAS) and optimizing marketing operations.
• Develop monetization strategies, business plans, financial forecasting, and long‑term P&L growth roadmaps.
• Manage end‑to‑end launch operations across Soft Launch and Grand Launch phases.
• Act as the primary liaison and strategic publisher partner to external developer studios, aligning goals and coordinating internal teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Publishing Manager or in a strategic publishing/product marketing role within the gaming industry.
• Strong expertise in digital marketing, performance‑driven user acquisition, growth strategy, and channel management.
• Proven track record in data analysis, performance tracking, and making strategic decisions based on key metrics (CPI, LTV, ROAS, Retention).
• Demonstrated business acumen with experience in business planning, monetization strategy, and financial modeling.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, stakeholder management, and studio relations skills.
• Deep understanding of the global mobile gaming landscape (hyper‑casual, hybrid‑casual, casual, and mid‑core).
