Brand Marketing Team Lead

About the role

Emlakjet is seeking a Brand Marketing Team Lead to shape and execute its brand strategy, driving growth and strengthening market presence across Turkey's real‑estate sector.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the brand strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Define and lead the annual and quarterly brand marketing roadmap.
• Plan, execute and optimise integrated ATL, BTL and digital campaigns.
• Manage media planning and buying, ensuring optimal budget allocation.
• Oversee creative, media, PR and production agencies, delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Lead corporate events, sponsorships, brand activations and field marketing initiatives.
• Monitor, analyse and optimise campaign performance using KPIs and market insights.
• Manage the brand marketing budget to maximise ROI.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product and cross‑functional teams for consistent brand communication.
• Lead, mentor and develop the Brand Marketing team, fostering a high‑performing culture.
• Travel as needed to support marketing events and business initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or related field (Master’s a plus).
• 5–7 years of experience in brand marketing, marketing communications or integrated marketing.
• Proven experience leading or mentoring a marketing team.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing brand strategies that drive growth.
• Hands‑on experience in media planning and buying, budget management and agency collaboration.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience measuring campaign performance through KPIs.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
