Senior Executive, Journey Management & Communication

About the role

The Journey Management & Communication Senior Executive will design, implement and optimise omnichannel customer journeys for Beymen Group’s luxury retail portfolio. You will combine customer insights, data and marketing technology to deliver personalised, behaviour‑triggered communications across email, SMS, push and on‑site channels.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage always‑on journeys, behaviour‑triggered scenarios and omnichannel communications.
• Define journey logic, including triggers, eligibility, prioritisation, suppression rules, channel mix, timing and success metrics.
• Collaborate with Analytics, Digital, E‑commerce, Stores, Clienteling and MarTech teams to integrate online and offline customer data into a unified CRM ecosystem.
• Establish a test‑and‑learn discipline using A/B tests and control groups to continuously optimise journeys.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, customer journey management or marketing automation.
• Strong analytical thinking, commercial mindset and excellent command of English.
• Experience in retail, luxury, fashion, beauty or e‑commerce environments is a plus.

Required skills

• SQL for working hands‑on with customer and transactional data.
• Hands‑on experience with CRM/journey orchestration/marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe, Braze, Insider, Bloomreach, Emarsys or Dengage.
• Understanding of customer lifecycle, segmentation, behavioural triggers, personalisation, frequency management and communication orchestration.
