Analytical Marketing Senior Executive (Temporary)

About the role

Join METRO Türkiye as an Analytical Marketing Senior Executive on a one‑year temporary contract, supporting data‑driven marketing initiatives and collaborating with global teams.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze mass and targeted CRM & marketing activities to assess effectiveness and optimize strategies.
• Conduct simulations for commercial and marketing campaigns and share insights.
• Coordinate with global teams to implement machine‑learning and data‑science projects locally.
• Develop machine‑learning models to predict customer behavior and support marketing efforts.
• Draw insights from commercial and marketing activities to refine campaign dynamics.
• Advise on customer segmentation (e.g., RFM) and improve business processes.
• Manage dashboards and create tools to improve KPI tracking and visibility.
• Provide consultancy to various departments on analytical topics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field.
• 2+ years of experience in data analytics, data visualization, and reporting, preferably in retail.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand data relationships.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Organized, proactive, and team‑oriented.

Required skills

• Proficiency in SQL for large data sets.
• Experience with BI and data‑visualization platforms (e.g., Looker Studio).
• Familiarity with Google BigQuery.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office.
