Assembly Process & Customer Quality Specialist (Fixed Term)

About the role

Martur Fompak manufactures and supplies seating systems, vehicle interiors and automotive textiles, and is expanding its business as a trusted partner of OEMs. It is looking for an Assembly Process and Customer Quality Specialist on a fixed-term basis in Bursa. The role focuses on monitoring customer quality requirements, supporting customer satisfaction and working with production, process, engineering and project teams.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor customer-specific quality requirements and support their effective implementation
• Follow customer quality expectations and help improve customer satisfaction
• Monitor customer quality indicators and prepare regular reports
• Support the investigation and resolution of customer complaints
• Contribute to root-cause analysis and the implementation of corrective and preventive actions
• Support the effective use of quality and problem-solving tools
• Assist in planning and coordinating customer audits and visits, and follow up on audit findings and action plans
• Collaborate with Production, Process, Engineering and Project teams to resolve quality issues
• Contribute to quality and process improvement projects and to agreed actions for improving customer satisfaction

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive quality, preferably in customer quality
• Knowledge of automotive quality standards and customer-specific requirements
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Strong communication, coordination and follow-up skills, and ability to work with cross-functional teams
