Facility Maintenance Senior Specialist

About the role

Martur Fompak, a manufacturer and supplier of seating systems, vehicle interiors and automotive textiles, is looking for a Facility Maintenance Senior Specialist in Bursa. The role covers the planning, execution and monitoring of electrical and mechanical infrastructure installation, technical leadership in factory setup and relocation projects, and management of fire safety inspections.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and monitor the installation of electrical and mechanical infrastructure for factories and facilities
• Coordinate with contractors throughout the project lifecycle
• Provide technical leadership in facility relocation or new factory setup projects
• Manage fire safety inspections and certification processes
• Analyze faults in electrical and mechanical systems and propose solutions
• Perform technical compliance checks before and after project completion

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or preferably Mechatronics Engineering
• Minimum of 5 years of experience
• Active involvement in new factory setup, facility relocation or production line relocation projects
• Experience managing fire safety inspections and certification from scratch
• Willingness to take an active role in field operations and no restriction on domestic and international travel

Required skills

• Knowledge of ISO 50001, IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 standards, and of occupational health and safety standards and legislation
• Experience with feasibility, planning, implementation, commissioning and control of transformer installations and factory electrical/mechanical infrastructure
• Ability to diagnose faults in construction and mechanical systems and give technical assessments
• Strong communication with field teams, contractors and audit bodies, and solution-oriented analytical thinking
