Process Improvement Senior Specialist

About the role

Martur Fompak manufactures and supplies seating systems, vehicle interiors and automotive textiles, and is expanding its in-car cockpit solutions. It is looking for a Process Improvement Senior Specialist in Bursa to monitor manufacturing KPIs, drive continuous improvement and support process design and documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor manufacturing KPIs and implement improvement actions to reduce production, quality, logistics and labour losses.
• Analyse production processes and lead productivity, cost reduction, line balancing and process optimisation projects.
• Support process design, including layout, equipment, operator requirements and target cycle times.
• Keep SOPs, FMEAs and production forms accurate and up to date.
• Lead root cause analyses and sustainable improvements for production, quality and machine downtime issues.
• Coordinate Kaizen, 5S, autonomous maintenance and other continuous improvement activities.
• Support FMEA, Control Plan and audit activities in line with IATF 16949 requirements.
• Track improvement project results and report progress and outcomes to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing, process engineering, methods engineering or continuous improvement.
• Experience with manufacturing KPI analysis, root cause analysis and improvement action planning.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem solving, planning and cross-functional communication skills.
• Good command of English.

Required skills

• Lean Manufacturing tools: Kaizen, 5S, VSM, SMED, Line Balancing, Poka-Yoke.
• FMEA, Control Plan, SOP, layout and process documentation.
• MS Office; SAP knowledge preferred.
