Assembly Process & Customer Quality Specialist

About the role

Martur Fompak International manufactures and supplies seating systems, vehicle interiors and automotive textiles, and develops cockpit solutions. It operates globally across many countries with 30 plants, 5 R&D centers and 7 E&D offices. This role focuses on monitoring and supporting customer quality requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor customer-specific quality requirements and support their implementation
• Follow customer quality expectations and help improve customer satisfaction
• Track customer quality indicators and prepare regular reports
• Support investigation and resolution of customer complaints, including root-cause analysis and corrective and preventive actions
• Assist in planning and coordinating customer audits and visits, and follow up on findings and action plans
• Collaborate with Production, Process, Engineering and Project teams to resolve quality issues
• Contribute to quality and process improvement projects and agreed actions

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive quality, preferably in customer quality
• Knowledge of automotive quality standards and customer-specific requirements
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving and communication skills
• Good command of written and spoken English
