Assistant Sales Manager (Russian Cold Calling)

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position supports the sales team by generating qualified leads through high‑volume cold calling of Russian industrial companies. You will work directly with the company owner and the sales manager, using a prepared database, scripts and product training.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls in Russian to reach decision‑makers in target companies.
• Qualify prospects, identify needs and hand over qualified leads to the sales manager.
• Maintain accurate client records in the CRM system.
• Assist sales managers with email and document correspondence.
• Follow daily call targets and report activity to management.

Required profile

• Native‑level proficiency in Russian (C2 or equivalent).
• Confident telephone communicator who can handle frequent rejections.
• Basic computer literacy; CRM training will be provided.
• Telesales experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Required skills

• CRM software usage.
• Microsoft Office (or equivalent office suite).
