About the role

Join Swarovski’s retail team in Istanbul as an Assistant Store Manager, supporting a vibrant store environment where customers experience luxury and staff thrive. You will act as a brand ambassador, ensuring exceptional service while helping the store achieve its commercial goals.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a role model, delivering outstanding customer service and embodying the Swarovski brand.
• Coach, motivate, and onboard team members to maximise performance.
• Support recruitment, talent development, and employee‑relations activities.
• Drive sales and meet monthly targets, contributing to commercial results.
• Oversee store operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and compliance.
• Step in for the Store Manager as needed to ensure seamless store performance.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in a multicultural retail environment, preferably in luxury fashion, cosmetics or lifestyle brands.
• Demonstrated leadership and coaching abilities.
• Winning personality that builds trust and empowers others.
• Excellent customer‑service skills and digital proficiency.
• Responsible, curious, empathetic and results‑driven with a commercial mindset.
