B2B Sales Specialist

About the role

The B2B Sales Specialist will work full‑time on‑site in Istanbul, identifying and qualifying potential business clients for Turkish Marketer’s e‑commerce platform that connects Turkish exporters with Arab importers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify prospective exporters and importers through outbound and inbound sales activities.
• Maintain regular communication with partners, present platform solutions and provide ongoing customer support.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate terms and close deals.
• Update CRM systems and track sales metrics.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams and give feedback to improve sales processes and platform offerings.

Required profile

• Eager to learn with basic understanding of the sales‑cycle (prospecting, qualification, negotiation, closing).
• Strong communication, listening and relationship‑building skills.
• Professional fluency in English; basic Turkish and Arabic; French is a plus.
• Confidence communicating with business owners and decision‑makers.
• Organized, proactive and comfortable working with targets.
• Previous experience in B2B sales, export, import, sourcing or international trade is advantageous but not mandatory.
