Brand Manager

About the role

A company with a strong brand heritage is transforming its marketing with a consumer-centric, innovative and data-driven approach, and is looking for a Brand Manager. The role covers brand strategy, bringing innovative projects to life and contributing to sustainable brand growth. The team works from the headquarters in Vadi Istanbul five days a week.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct portfolio, channel and product mix analyses with a commercial and financial perspective.
• Manage innovation projects and ensure cross-functional coordination.
• Lead packaging design, launch and marketing activities for new and existing products.
• Develop and execute 360-degree marketing plans aligned with brand strategy, applied consistently across all communication channels.
• Manage brand communication end to end, coordinating agency, media and digital communication.
• Prepare market research reports and turn insights into actionable plans.
• Monitor budget and invoicing processes and prepare annual brand planning strategies.
• Implement the digital communication strategy and manage, analyse and optimise digital media plans by target audience, budget and KPIs.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or Industrial Engineering.
• 5 years of experience, preferably in the FMCG sector.
• Good command of English.
• Experience in agency management, market research processes and data sources such as Nielsen and IPSOS.
• Detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
