International Brand Manager

About the role

Atelier Rebul is looking for an International Brand Manager to build and lead the growth strategy of the brand in international markets. The role ensures that global brand positioning, communication and marketing activities are applied consistently across markets, working closely with international distributors, partners and internal teams to grow brand awareness, sales performance and market share.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement Atelier Rebul's international brand strategies
• Ensure consistent application of global brand positioning, communication language and visual identity across all markets
• Prepare and manage annual marketing plans, campaigns and launch strategies for international markets
• Lead and improve brand management processes with distributors and overseas partners
• Analyse country-level sales and marketing performance to identify areas for improvement
• Develop and manage marketing strategies for new market entries
• Monitor consumer trends, competitor activity and industry developments, and build action plans
• Ensure digital marketing, social media and content strategies fit the needs of each market
• Manage projects with agencies, suppliers and partners and evaluate their performance
• Use the marketing budget effectively and track its performance
• Define brand KPIs, analyse results and report regularly to senior management
• Plan and manage international events, trade fairs, launches and brand activations
• Guide and coordinate team members to help build the brand team

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, International Relations, Industrial Engineering or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred
• At least 5-7 years of experience in brand management and marketing
• Experience in international brand management and market development
• Experience in budget management and performance analysis
• Excellent written and spoken English; knowledge of a second foreign language is a plus
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, analytical mindset and attention to detail
