Business Development Manager

About the role

Guardian Glass is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead sales and customer relationships in Turkey. Reporting to the regional supervisor in Spain, you will operate independently from Istanbul, driving demand‑generation and project opportunities across the architectural and construction sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with direct customers, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing and commercial terms in line with company guidelines.
• Collaborate with logistics, production and technical support teams to guarantee smooth order fulfilment.
• Generate demand by targeting architectural and construction projects, specifying Guardian Glass products.
• Build relationships with architects, designers, engineers, contractors and developers.
• Deliver technical and commercial presentations to promote solutions.
• Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.
• Maintain regular communication with the supervisor in Spain, aligning strategies and reporting progress.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales and business development.
• Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Fluent in Turkish and proficient in English.
• High autonomy, proactivity and ability to work independently.
• Based in Istanbul with willingness to travel.
