Business Development Specialist

About the role

Sufle, an AWS Advanced Services Partner, is seeking a Business Development Specialist to help drive growth, build client relationships, and promote its cloud, DevOps, and compliance services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company’s annual business plan and KPIs.
• Identify, evaluate and manage business opportunities to build a sales pipeline aligned with short‑ and long‑term goals.
• Maintain relationships with potential clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
• Represent Sufle at industry events, conferences and networking opportunities.
• Organise demo days, workshops and business events to showcase the value proposition.
• Coordinate third‑party collaborations and track projects with the AWS team.

Required profile

• BS or equivalent in Business Administration, Economics, Management, Engineering or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in business development, growth hacking or product management.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and time‑management skills.
• Quick learner willing to obtain AWS certifications after training.
