Sales Specialist – Retail Media & Shopper Insights

About the role

QUMPARA, Turkey's largest independent retail media platform, is seeking a motivated Sales Specialist to expand brand partnerships in retail media and shopper insights. You will manage client relationships from initial contact through signed agreements, helping FMCG and consumer brands leverage data-driven campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with FMCG and consumer brands.
• Present QUMPARA's retail media solutions, receipt‑based campaigns and shopper research products, including Qumpara Shopper Pulse.
• Prepare tailored proposals and campaign ideas based on client needs.
• Build strong relationships with marketing, shopper marketing and insights teams.
• Coordinate with product, analytics and campaign teams to ensure smooth delivery.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to spot new opportunities.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in market research.
• Experience selling research or shopper insights solutions is a strong advantage.
• Good understanding of the FMCG landscape and Turkish retail ecosystem.
• Strong presentation and communication skills in Turkish and English.
• Results‑oriented, proactive mindset and eagerness to grow in a fast‑moving environment.
