Buyer – Men’s Outerwear

About the role

DeFacto is seeking an experienced Buyer to lead the development and sourcing of men’s outerwear collections. You will work closely with product development, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver trend‑driven, high‑quality products that meet market demand.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in buyer group product development processes and translate consumer trends into successful collections.
• Conduct customer and competitor research, adjust buying actions based on findings, and monitor sales performance.
• Manage supplier communication, order and production tracking, ensuring quality, deadlines, and cost targets are met.
• Visit suppliers, conduct quality and product development studies, and maintain strong supplier relationships.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of buying or merchandising experience.
• Analytical, solution‑oriented thinking with strong planning, organizing, and negotiation skills.
• Good command of English.
