Campaign Manager

About the role

Yemeksepeti, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is looking for a results-driven Campaign Manager in Istanbul to lead the planning, execution and optimisation of marketing campaigns. The role needs strong cross-functional collaboration, competitive awareness and continuous testing to drive commercial performance and customer engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Campaign strategy: design and implement market-specific campaigns to grow monthly active users and increase platform orders
• Performance optimisation: monitor campaigns in real time, ensure cost efficiency and maximum ROI, and use data to improve campaign structures and vendor performance
• Budget and vendor management: oversee budget allocation and spending so it matches business priorities and growth goals
• Annual calendar: work with regional marketing teams to build and run a local annual campaign calendar
• Commercial impact: work with commercial teams to support targets using marketing tools and visibility channels

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of marketing experience, including 4+ years in campaign management or a similar role
• 2+ years managing other marketing professionals
• Proven track record leading marketing calendars and aligning cross-market teams
• Experience designing campaign frameworks that deliver consistent growth
• Leadership and communication skills for cross-functional and regional collaboration
• Proactive, able to thrive in fast-paced, multicultural environments
