About the role
Raffles Istanbul is looking for a Chef De Partie (Pastry) with a passion for luxury pastry and exceptional service, with a strong focus on quality and attention to detail. The ideal candidate takes full responsibility for their pastry section, leads and mentors the team and keeps the highest standards of taste, quality and presentation.
Key responsibilities
- Take full responsibility for an assigned pastry section and manage its daily operations
- Train, mentor and guide commis chefs
- Ensure consistent quality, taste and presentation of all products
- Apply HACCP principles, cost control and stock management in daily work
Required profile
- Passion for luxury hospitality, pastry and service
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a diverse, dynamic team
- Previous experience in a luxury hotel environment is an asset
- Flexible with shifts and operational needs
Required skills
- Solid knowledge of HACCP, cost control and stock management
- Planning and organisational skills
- Calm, solution-oriented approach under pressure
