Claims & Collection Assistant (Temporary)

About the role

Join the Claims & Collection team at Allianz Trade Türkiye for a one‑year temporary assignment, providing operational support to ensure smooth processing of claims and collections.

Key responsibilities

• Provide operational support to the Claims & Collection team for a period of 1 year.
• Follow up on documents, archive files, monitor emails and payments, and enter data into the system.
• Request information from law firms, track requests, and conduct relevant research.
• Prepare reports aligned with departmental needs.

Required profile

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
• Preferably experienced in operations and document archiving.
• Good command of English and detail‑oriented with strong follow‑up and organizational skills.

Required skills

• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Basic understanding of AI‑powered tools and awareness of AI best practices and risks.
