Client Advisor – Cashier & Stock Team

About the role

As a Client Advisor on the Cashier & Stock team, you will represent ALO’s boutique lifestyle brand in Istanbul, delivering an authentic and mindful shopping experience. You will combine product expertise with genuine customer connection to drive sales, support store operations, and promote the brand’s wellness‑focused culture.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed store sales targets by leading initiatives and optimizing productivity.
• Provide friendly, efficient service to create an easy‑to‑shop environment.
• Build and maintain daily client relationships through product education and community storytelling.
• Analyze sales reports with leadership to identify growth opportunities and address performance gaps.
• Ensure proper floor coverage, workforce planning, and execution of selling initiatives.
• Educate guests and staff on product features, benefits, care, and brand culture.
• Process shipments, manage visual merchandising placement, and maintain daily replenishment standards.
• Follow all front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house policies and procedures.
