Cluster Reservation Sales Agent – Adana

About the role

Hilton Türkiye is looking for a Cluster Reservation Sales Agent to join the Adana property. You will be the first point of contact for guests, turning inquiries into confirmed bookings while upholding Hilton’s brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Convert guest inquiries received via phone, email and online channels into confirmed reservations quickly and accurately.
• Upsell and recommend additional services to maximize revenue and enhance the guest experience.
• Maintain precise records for bookings, amendments, and special requests.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Sales, and Revenue teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor occupancy levels and forecasts to support business targets.
• Prepare weekly performance reports for senior management.
• Identify new sales leads and nurture future business opportunities.

Required profile

• Experience in reservations, front office or other hospitality operations.
• Strong communication skills in Turkish and English.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, stay organized and remain calm under pressure.
• Passion for guest satisfaction and alignment with Hilton’s values.
• Confidence working independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent multitasking abilities across multiple properties.
