Coffee Marketer

About the role

This position manages relationships with selected customers to execute LDC's green beans and coffee soluble sales strategy in the Middle East, with a strong focus on the Turkish market.

Key responsibilities

• Support the execution of the global coffee sales strategy and grow LDC coffee volumes in line with the business plan.
• Develop relationships and acquire new accounts in key markets, especially Turkey, for all coffee products.
• Gather market intelligence on supply, demand, prices, competition and trends and feed it to the Coffee platform.
• Oversee transaction execution from origin to final terms, including logistics, inventory, invoicing and risk management.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in the coffee industry or coffee sales in the MEA region.
• University degree in Agronomy, Engineering, Finance/Economics or Business.
• Fluent in English and Turkish; Arabic is a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced user of Microsoft Excel.
• Proficient with Outlook, PowerPoint and ability to learn CRM and front‑office systems.
• Good understanding of coffee price structures, futures, incoterms and supply‑chain risks.
