Communication Manager

About the role

Vera Clinic is seeking a Communication Manager to shape how the brand appears to patients and prospects across social media, creators and content. You will lead the social, influencer, design and video teams, set strategy, maintain brand consistency and drive content that converts into consultations and bookings.

Key responsibilities

• Own the communication strategy and annual/seasonal plans with measurable goals.
• Act as brand guardian for voice, visual identity and guidelines across all channels.
• Develop and execute integrated campaigns with sales, paid ads and patient coordination.
• Define and manage the strategy for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Facebook, including content pillars and tone.
• Oversee community management, ensuring fast, accurate responses to patient inquiries.
• Build and run influencer and ambassador programs, negotiating terms and tracking performance.
• Direct designers and video producers, ensuring short‑form videos have strong hooks and that assets serve multiple purposes.
• Lead, hire and develop the team, manage budgets, freelancers and vendor contracts.
• Set KPIs (reach, engagement, leads, bookings) and report monthly with actionable insights.
• Ensure all content complies with medical advertising rules and handle reputation issues.

Required profile

• 5+ years in communications, social media or content marketing, with at least 2 years managing a team.
• Experience in healthcare, aesthetics or medical tourism is a strong plus.
• Proven track record running influencer programs and short‑form video at scale.
• Comfortable with analytics, reporting and linking content to leads and revenue.
• Fluent English, organized, calm under deadlines and able to manage multiple teams.
