Community & Events Manager – Turkey

About the role

Binance is seeking a highly execution‑oriented Community & Events Manager to lead offline community activations, local content collaboration, and user‑facing engagement across Turkey. The role focuses on planning and delivering high‑quality events, building local partnerships, and working with creators and KOLs to turn local presence into measurable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute offline events end‑to‑end, including meetups, workshops, sponsorship activations, and flagship events.
• Manage venues, speakers, partners, suppliers, logistics, budget tracking, and on‑site delivery.
• Support Binance’s presence at major local events and ensure high execution quality across user‑facing activations.
• Track attendance, engagement, feedback, and overall event performance.
• Build and maintain relationships with local communities, universities, content creators, strategic partners, and relevant ecosystems.
• Identify partnership opportunities that strengthen Binance’s visibility and user reach in Turkey.
• Manage relationships with local KOLs and creators, including onboarding, briefing, coordination, and performance follow‑up.
• Collaborate with creators to ensure local relevance and high execution quality for campaigns, events, and growth priorities.
• Develop local activations, campaigns, competitions, and educational initiatives that support user acquisition and engagement.

Required profile

• Deep understanding of the Turkish market.
• Highly proactive and comfortable working across cross‑functional teams.
• Strong large‑scale event execution experience.
• Careful budget management skills.
• Strong understanding of local content ecosystems.
